Workshop Assistant

At this time we have a job opening for a part time assistant in our computer workshop. You will be working on new as well as used computers and tasks may include:

• Setting up new computers

• Problem detection and resolution

• Virus/Spyware detection and removal

• Hardware repairs

• Web Site development/maintenance

• Training

The individual that we are looking for is deeply interested and committed to working in the IT field. Certification is desirable but is not essential at this time. Position might suite a new entrant to the workforce or an experienced individual who might be at or close to retirement.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on current work volumes

Pay will be determined at the time of hiring and will be based on qualifications, experience and the amount of supervision/training required.
